TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- This weekend is FSU's final home game of the season, but it's also the first ever charity tailgate!

Talking about Tailgate at the Tuck.

The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center is opening up its plaza three hours before game time, helping the fans get excited.

Tallahassee's own Michael Miller Band will be performing live. There's also games, giveaways, drink specials, and plenty of food from the building's in-house catering and local food trucks.

It's also a way for you to give back this holiday season.

Fans are asked to bring canned goods for FSU's Food for Thought. It's an on-campus organization run by the Dean of

Students. The pantry is full of non-perishable items that may be accessed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Students just need to show a valid FSU student ID.

Bins will be set up on the plaza for collections. These are the most needed donations:

- dry pasta

- pasta sauce

- rice

- canned tuna

- canned chicken

- oatmeal

- peanut butter

- Ramen noodles

- boxed mac & cheese

Tailgate at the Tuck is Saturday, November 21 at noon at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. Parking in the lot is $10 cash.
