TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- This weekend, you can run or walk to support St. Jude.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital doesn't charge treatment, travel, housing or food, because "all a family should worry about is helping their child live."
The hospital is able to keep that promise thanks to community support and awareness.
The St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer is Saturday, September 26. Registration begins at 7 a.m. and the run/walk starts at 8:30 a.m.
It's at the SouthWood Town Center (3196 Merchants Row Blvd. in Tallahassee). There's a $10 registration fee, and that money goes directly to benefit the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
WTXL ABC 27's Jade Bulecza will emcee the event.
