TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Next March, thousands of college students from FSU, FAMU and TCC will come together to say "Thank You" to the Tallahassee Community through the biggest student-run service project.
The "Big Event Tallahassee" is March 24th from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
It takes place at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center and is a free event.
By rallying students together to participate in a day of community service, The Big Event aspires to give back to our Tallahassee Community and encourage year-round student service.
The most essential part of this whole event are the service sites that participants volunteer at.
Organizers are looking for service sites that can facilitate a meaningful day of service for our volunteers while simultaneously positively impacting the Tallahassee community.
