TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Verity Health Center is holding a workshop on how to make Kombucha.

Dr. Issac Montilla and Dr. Christine Britt showed The Sunrise Team how to make it on Second Cup.

Kombucha is a fermented drink that contains beneficial nutrients, enzymes and acids that improve digestion, increase energy and boost immunity.

Not only is making your own kombucha fun, but it is significantly cheaper than store-bought and you can add therapeutic (and delicious!) Flavors.

Kombucha Making 101 is Thursday at 6:30 p.m. located at Verity Health Center on 1449 Thomasville Rd.
