Cheer Tech Dance & Fitness Studio putting on a summer cheer and dance clinic.
Lameitra "Coach Mimi" Dupree and cheerleader Ari Tyson visited Second Cup to share the details.
It's being held July 21st – August 9th.
The clinic will serve as a preview of the studio's upcoming cheer and dance season, and will give cheerleaders and dancers the opportunity to condition, train and learn the fundamentals of cheer and dance.
Cheer Tech Dance & Fitness is Tallahassee, Florida's one-stop-shop for cheer, dance, and fitness training.
The studio is home to CDF Platinum Precision Dance Team Inc., a performance and competitive youth dance team comprised of girls ages 4-18.
New for fall 2018, we are introducing CDF Royals, a recreation and competitive cheerleading squad for youth ages 4-13.
They also offer personal and group fitness training, as well as private and small group cheer/dance training from a former Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleader
$15 drop-in; $75 for cheer or dance only (3 weeks); $125 for cheer AND dance (3 weeks); single week rates available as well
The goal is to Instill confidence in young cheerleaders and dancers while teaching them the basic fundamentals and technique in cheer and dance. These activities foster a sense of leadership and sisterhood in young girls.
The clinic will also prepare cheerleaders and dancers for the 2018-2019 season.
