TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Thousands of college students from Florida State, FAMU, and TCC will come together to say, 'thank you' in a big way.
Monday on Second Cup we're talking about the Big Event Tallahassee with Jason Randall and Nicole Abuid.
It's Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Donald L Tucker Civic Center.
It's a free event.
Students will rally together to participate in a day of community service,
The Big Event aspires to give back to our Tallahassee community and encourage year-round student service.
This year's event is truly bigger in every sense of the word.
They're expecting 600 more participants and 30 more sites than last year totaling in 2000 participants from 3 different schools volunteering at 100 sites around Tallahassee for 4 hours on one day.
