TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- An area high school student is doing work that is certifiably awesome!
Zenani D. Johnson recently won a $1,000 grant from Awesome Tallahassee, a local chapter of the Awesome Foundation.
Johnson is a senior at Rickards High School, and the student government president. She's spent the last several years developing "Teens & the Law." This program promotes positive relationships between teens and law enforcement.
She hopes to use this grant money to spread the program beyond the Rickards High School walls.
