TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- Dozens of marksmen are traveling around the state to teach people about the difficult choices, heroic actions and sacrifices the founders of this country made.
It's all part of "Project Appleseed," a nationwide program sponsored by the Revolutionary War Veterans Association.
Volunteers travel across the country to educate people on the ideals and traditions that lay the foundation for the United States.
"We concentrate on the events of 19 April 1775, which is the opening day of the American Revolution," said Ken Tomblin, a senior instructor with the program.
