TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Out with the old and in with the new!
The City of Tallahassee is ready to help you ring in 2016 with the annual New Year's Eve party.
This year's celebration is bigger and better than ever.
All the festivities, including live music and the kids zone, are taking over Adams Street Commons.
The community party is free and open to all ages.
For those over 21, beer and champagne are being sold, with 100 percent of profits supporting the Southern Shakespeare Company.
The groups uses these funds to offer events throughout the year to bring Shakespeare to life for the community.
This year, bottles of champagne are being sold so you can pop a cork at midnight. You're also invited to bring your own champagne flute and decked out coozie.
Everything kicks off Thursday, December 31 at 7 p.m.
Just before midnight, there's the big countdown and fireworks show, which will be streamed live online at wtxl.tv.
