WAKULLA SPRINGS, Fla. (WTXL) -- If you're looking to ring in the new year with style, the Lodge at Wakulla Springs has you covered!
The Great Gatsby Gala is going back to the 1920s to usher in 2016.
The gala will feature the Yellow Dog Jazz Band,"a big band, built for the size and acoustics of the Lodge's Lobby and Bob Carey on Piano."
There's also hors d'oeuvres, desserts and champagne at midnight, plus additional special hors d'oeuvers cruise is leaving for two trips over the springs for what organizers call "a wonderfully unique nighttime journey run by friends of Wakulla Springs."
The Great Gatsby Gala is Thursday, December 31 from 7 p.m. until after midnight at the Lodge at Wakulla Springs (550 Wakulla Park Drive).
Tickets are $35, and available online or at the Lodge at Wakulla Springs, the Bay Leave Market, Little Black Dress, Lofty Pursuits and the Governors Inn.
Tuxedos and finery are optional but encouraged. Dinner reservations requested for the special New Year's menu.
