TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL) - The Bookshelf on South Monroe is celebrating 35 years in business, making it Tallahassee's largest and oldest independently owned bookstore.
Saturday, May 2, The Bookshelf is hosting its annual Free Comic Book Day along with costumed characters, face painting and free comics for all ages.
The Bookshelf is happy to welcome its second location in Killearn in two weeks, on May 16.
