TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Leon County School Superintendent Jackie Pons will host the first Community Conversation of the 2014/2015 school year tonight, Thursday, Sept. 25, at Woodville Elementary.
The goal is to give an update on the state of the district, and answer any questions that parents may have.
The meeting will last from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the cafeteria at Woodville Elementary, 9373 Woodville Highway, Tallahassee, Florida 32305.
Dinner will be provided.
Organizers say depending on the community and time of year, attendance can range from 13 parents to over 100.
The Superintendent has hosted more than 90 Community Conversations over the past six years.
