TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- One area club is out there to prove that kindness can easily spread.

It's the Kind Campaign Club. This non-profit is for girls ages 6 to 13, and focuses on anti-bullying and empowering these young girls to help them grow into strong women, who are kind and compassionate.

It's a national movement, and the Tallahassee chapter has been around for about eight months.

Mandy O'Callaghan, CEO of the Tallahassee group, and musical therapist Danielle Shelton joined us on WTXL Midday to talk about this initiative and its mission.

The next meeting of the King Campaign Club is Wednesday, June 15 from 6:30 p.m. until 7: 30 p.m. It's at the Southwood Community Center, near the pool. Music therapist Danielle Shelton will be a guest speaker.

Normal monthly meetings are the second Tuesday of every month at the same location and time.
