TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- The Kind Campaign Club is nearly one year old, and ready to share its message with even more.
The Tallahassee group is the local chapter of a national initiative. This non-profit is for girls ages 6 to 13, and focuses on anti-bullying and empowering these young girls to help them grow into strong women, who are kind and compassionate.
The group meeting each month, and September's theme is "Bring a Friend."
Club members are encouraged to bring a friend and spread the good news about the Kind Campaign Club of Tallahassee.
At this meeting we will be talking about the importance of friendship and filling up buckets of kindness for the girls to take home.
The Kind Campaign Club's "Bring a Friend" meeting is Tuesday, September 8 at 6:30 p.m. It's at the Southwood Community Center.
Free meetings are the second Tuesday of each month at the same time and location.
