Tallahassee, Fla. (WTXL)---No Child should ever go hungry and in fact, one in five children will face hunger in the U.S this year. That's why Ihop is teaming up with a national organization for "Share a Smile Day" coming up next week.
IHOP’s “Summer of Smiles” celebration is devoted to celebrating individuals and organizations that have dedicated themselves to making the communities they serve better.
The IHOP "No Kid Hungry" promotion will continue into September, helping kick off No Kid Hungry Month and the Dine Out for No Kid Hungry program where brands nationwide help raise funds to end childhood hunger.
On Tuesday, August 25, dubbed “Share a Smile” Day, participating IHOP restaurants will offer short stacks of their famous buttermilk pancakes for only $1 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 50 cents from each $1 short stack sale will benefit No Kid Hungry.
