Honoring Local Trailblazing Women and Girls

TALLAHASSEE, FL- The Women's History Month Community Luncheon is sold out. That's good news says Haley Cutler-Seeber, one of the organizers of the luncheon.

More than 200 people are expected to attend the event to honor trailblazing women and girls. The luncheon is Tuesday, March 29th from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lively Cafe at St. John's Episcopal Church.

Here are a list of the 2016 Honorees:

Seeber also encouraged Area Teachers to reach out to the Oasis Center about another effort. The organization is taking the stories a local trailblazing women to elementary school students and classrooms through the community.
