TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Keep Tallahassee Leon County Beautiful is asking the community pick up area shorelines.
On Saturday, September 19, crews will head out to local bodies of water to pick up trash and make sure everything is clear of debris.
The clean-up is set for 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
All supplies can be picked up at the staging area. That's ATKINS Building C (2639 N. Monroe) from 7:30 a.m. until 9 a.m.
Organizers say this event is important for the community to give back, and ensure nature and our ecosystems are here for future generations.
