PANACEA, Fla. (WTXL) -- This summer can be all about the seas!

Every weekend, the Gulf Specimen Marine Lab hosts "Science of the Sea." It's a educational program for kids to teach them about marine life.

The featured animal changes every weekend during Science of the Sea. There's also feedings, demonstrations and interactive games.

Cypress Rudloe, executive director of Gulf Specimen Marine Lab and Environmental Education Coordinator Katie Chandler and  joined us on WTXL Midday for all the details. Click the thumbnail to see the interview.

Science of the Sea is every Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (222 Clark Dr. in Panacea). It's free with your cost of admission.
