TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Some area organizations are teaming up to screen the Created Equal film series.
According to the National Endowment for the Humanities, Created Equal: America’s Civil Rights Struggle brings four outstanding films on the long civil rights movement to communities across the United States, as part of the nationwide Bridging Cultures initiative.
Here locally, a partnership with John G. Riley Center/Museum, the Knott House Museum, and the Museum of Florida History, the Florida Historic Capitol Museum will host the final session series. Community members will have a chance to view the film clips right at the Florida Historic Capitol Museum.

The Created Equal film series wrap-up is Saturday, June 20. There are screenings at 11 a.m., noon, 1 p.m., and 2 p.m. This is part of this month's Visit Tallahassee T.O.U.R. Guide program, so the museum is offering free admission on Saturday.
