QUINCY, Fla. (WTXL) — Independence Day served as an opportunity to honor veterans in Gadsden County.
A state flag, and a prisoner of war flag were replaced at the Veterans Monument outside the county courthouse in downtown Quincy Monday.
The monument has been in place since 2018.
It is the only one in the county that recognizes all branches of the military.
