MONTICELLO, Fla. (WTXL) -- This spooky season is the perfect time to check out the South's most haunted small town... Monticello.

The Historic Monticello Ghost Tours are back for its 14th year.

It also doubles as a fundraiser for the Monticello Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. Over the years, the Big Bend Ghost Trackers have donated more then $65,000  for community improvement.

The ghost tour is a 90-minute walking tour of some of the most haunted spots around the historic Monticello downtown.

The Historic Monticello Ghost Tours are October 23, 24, 30 and 31. The first tour begins at 7:30 p.m., and the second follows at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for kids 8-12 and free for children under 7.

It starts at the Monticello Chamber of Commerce (420 W. Washington Street). WTXL ABC 27 anchor Kellie Bartoli is helping to lead one of the ghost walks on Friday, October 23.
