THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL) -- Get ready to embrace your inner Rudolph, because it's time for the Red Nose Run in Thomasville!
The Junior Service League of Thomasville hosts the run each holiday season.
This year, organizers have added a family-friendly fun run to make sure everyone can take part.
The holiday tradition helps kids in need in Thomas County, and proceeds are donated to Thomasville children's charities.
Organizers say, "Lace up your tennis shoes and dust off your antlers. Join us this year as we add a one mile family fun run. this family friendly event will be the perfect way to start your holiday season!"
The Red Nose Run is Saturday, December 12. Registration begins at 7 a.m. The 5K, which costs $25, begins at 8 a.m. The fun run costs $12 and gets underway 9 a.m.
Everything is at Thomas University. The start/finish Line is at the Millpond Road entrance.
