TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Another COCA Connection, where we highlight arts and culture in the community. This week's edition featured five fun-filled festivals coming to the capital city.

The month of April offers an unique variety of entertaining events for the community. Tallahassee Music Week kicked off the excitement with musical performances in many difference places in the area. These performances will wrap up on Sunday, April 9th.

The next big festival is called "The Souk", which will be happening weekly on Sundays. "The Souk" will have local vendors selling merchandise, music, and brunch offered on Gaines Street.

The Word of South Festival will start on Friday, April 7th and continue until Sunday, April 9th. Meanwhile, the Havana Reggae Fest will be educating event-goers on the rich Caribbean culture on Saturday, April 8th.

The final festival highlighted this week is the Tallahassee Jewish Food & Culture Festival, which is on Sunday, April 9th.

If you would like to find out more about these festivals, you can go to the COCA's Website.
