TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- It's time to put your taste buds to the test!

This year marks the fou

rth annual Robert A. Wise Chili Cook-Off.

It's in memory of SPC Robert A. Wise. The Tallahassee native was killed in action in 2003 in Baghdad. He was the first Florida National Guard solider to be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.

This annual event also honors all of those who have served and sacrificed.

Proceeds go back to support Honor Flight Tallahassee and the Collegiate Veterans Association at FSU.

The Robert A. Wise Chili Cook-Off is Saturday, February 13 starting at noon at the National Guard Armory (1225 Easterwood Drive).

Tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door. Kids 12 and under are free. Your admission includes chili and two beverages. 

There's also still time to enter your recipe or team. The entry fee is $20.
