BOSTON, Ga. (WTXL) -- Next weekend marks the 36th annual mini-marathon and festival in Boston, Georgia.
The 36th annual Boston (GA) Mini-Marathon and Festival runs October 30 through November 1.
Organizers say it's a great way to bring everyone together, and show-off this special community.
On Friday, there's the Best BBQ Butt in Boston cook-off, plus a live performance from Ozell Road at 7:30 p.m. at Watt Park.
Saturday begins with the race/walk at 8 a.m., the Halloween costume contest at 10:30 a.m. and the annual parade at 11:30 a.m. There's also more live music, plus arts & crafts and food vendors
The weekend wraps up with Sunday's trail ride.
