TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- You can start your holiday shopping early and give back to some worthy causes at the same time.

It's thanks to the Artisan Market at the United Church in Tallahassee.

There's gourmet canned goods, handmade crafts and jewelry, plus a  holiday resale shop and silent auction.

Organizers say proceeds from the Artisan Market will benefit the church and its social justice ministries.

Church members are involved in many organizations, including Echo, Bread for the World, the Kearny Center, Big Bend Homeless Coalition, Equality Florida, Big Bend Cares, Elder Care Services, Fuller Center, Grace Mission, and St. Francis Wildlife.

The Artisan Market is Saturday, November 7 from 8 a.m. until 3 p .m. at the United Church in Tallahassee (1834 Mahan Drive).
