TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- It's time to get healthy, and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare wants to help you.
Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare started 2015 with the year-long TMH For Life Challenge. The initiative is all about increasing the health of the community, one step at a time.
The TMH For Life Challenge continues this month with a wellness fair and walk/5K.
There's screenings for height, weight and BMI. Plus, you can talk with a dietitian and get an emotional well-being screening.
The 5K starts at 9 a.m., and the fun walk begins 15 minutes later. Registration for both begins at 8 a.m.
The TMH For Life wellness fair is Saturday, October 24 from 8 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Everything is at Canopy Oak Elementary School (3250 Point View Drive).
