CAMILLA, Ga. (WTXL) - City of Camilla officials say they offered a man they considered a viable candidate the job of being city manager.
But the man has rejected the offer.
Ben Taylor, the county administrator in Bryan County, says now just isn't the right time for him to take the Camilla post, which he would have assumed in January.
City Manager Bennett Adams previously announced plans to retire.
