TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL) - The Leon County Consolidated Dispatch Agency will soon hit its one year mark of being in operation.

The dispatch agency opened in September of 2013. In the first nine months of operation, there have been 83 issues reported, including botched upgrades and full system failures.

Tallahassee City administrators have already threatened Motorola, the computer aided dispatch supplier, with dropping their contract completely.

The recent high profile case of FSU Professor Dan Markel and the delayed response time has shed light on the agency and potential problems with its system.
