TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- It was a sweet day for America's Second Harvest of the Big Bend.
Ten thousand jars of fresh peanut butter was delivered to the food bank, all thanks to the Florida Peanut Producers Association and Peanut Production. Both groups are teaming up to help fight hunger in Tallahassee and surrounding areas.
According to Second Harvest, peanut butter is one of the most needed items at the food bank. It's mostly because it is jam-packed with nutritional value.
