LEON CO., Fla. -- Leon County Sheriff's deputies are investigating after a person was found dead in a local home.
Lieutenant James McQuaig says deputies were called to the home, located in the 2000 block of Mandrell Court, around 3 o'clock Thursday morning. When they responded, they discovered a person's body inside the house.
McQuaig says they are not confirming the name or gender of the deceased at this time.
