WASHINGTON, D.C. (WTXL) - President Barack Obama will hold his last news conference as president this afternoon.

The news conference comes a day after he shortened the sentence of Chelsea Manning, a transgender Army intelligence officer who leaked more than 700,000 U.S. documents. Manning was one of 273 people who received clemency Tuesday.
Obama is expected to welcome Donald Trump and his family to the White House Friday prior to Trump's inauguration.
