DALLAS- A Texas 19-year-old who used an "affluenza" defense in a fatal drunken-driving wreck will appear in adult court for the first time today.

Ethan Couch could be given jail time as part of the terms of his adult probation.

When Couch was a teen, he had been given 10 years' probation in juvenile court for a 2013 crash that killed four people.

Then last year, he fled to Mexico with his mom after a video surfaced showing Couch at a party where alcohol was being served. That's a violation of his probation.
