FORT MYERS, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say a school bus driver was hospitalized following a crash with another school bus.
The News-Press reports that a bus operated by A & S Transportation rear-ended a Lee County School District bus Monday morning. The Lee County bus was carrying 17 students to San Carlos Park Elementary School. No students were on the A & S Transportation bus, which primarily transports students to charter schools.
San Carlos Park fire officials say the A & S bus driver was airlifted to a Fort Myers hospital.
No injuries were reported to children.
