MIAMI (AP) - Authorities in Miami say BBs from a pellet gun shattered the windows on two vans carrying students on their way to school and senior citizens heading to an adult living facility.
No one was injured in the Friday morning incident.
Miami-Dade police say they don't know who fired the shots.
Miami-Dade Schools Superintendent Alberto Carvalho told local news outlets that four bullet holes were visible in two of the van windows. The 14 children were in a van that parents hired to take them to school.
Officials say the adults were heading to a Jewish community center in Miami.
An investigation continues.
