ATLANTA, GA. (AP) - Police say a Georgia man fouled out after he sold $2,100 worth of fake tickets to Game 4 of the NBA Finals and was arrested outside Cleveland's Quicken Loans Arena.

According to the Atlanta Journal- Constitution Cleveland police's Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia says Matthew Cubbage of Cobb County sold three tickets to Friday night's Cleveland Cavaliers-Golden State Warriors game to a Pennsylvania man. Ciaccia says Robert Williams told police he paid $700 per ticket.

Police say Williams took a time-stamped picture of Cubbage before walking away. He and two others weren't allowed into the arena because the tickets were fake.

Williams shared Cubbage's picture with an off-duty officer working at the arena who shared the photo with other officers in the area.

Cubbage was arrested while allegedly trying to sell more tickets.

He was charged with trademark counterfeiting and theft by deception. It was not immediately clear if he had an attorney.
