DULUTH, Ga. (AP) — President Trump's oldest daughter and adviser Ivanka Trump toured a plant in Georgia in a workforce development push.
Trump's visit to a UPS driving training plant outside Atlanta on Wednesday with Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp was part of an effort to show the administration's work on the economy.
Ivanka Trump said the president wants to make sure all Americans can learn a new trade.
UPS CEO David Abney led Trump and Kemp on a tour of the facility that opened in Duluth in 2015.
UPS uses the facility and 10 others like it to train drivers using 3D simulations, as well as classroom instruction and hands-on exercises.
UPS last year signed a pledge in support of President Trump's workforce initiative, promising to offer advancement opportunities for more than 50,000 employees.
