CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Mar. delivery was off 1.40 cents at $5.17 a bushel; Mar. corn was up .60 cent at $3.79 a bushel; Mar. oats rose 3.20 cents at $2.8640 a bushel; while Mar. soybeans gained 1.60 cents at 9.2660 a bushel.
Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Feb. live cattle was off .95 cent at $1.2540 a pound; Feb. feeder cattle rose .38 cent at $1.4270 a pound; Mar. lean hogs fell 1.18 cents at .5622 a pound.
