CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Mar. delivery rose 2.80 cents at $5.2020 a bushel; Mar. corn was up .40 cent at $3.7840 a bushel; Mar. oats was off .40 cent at $2.8540 a bushel; while Mar. soybeans fell 6.20 cents at 9.1340 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Feb. live cattle was up .98 cent at $1.2730 a pound; Mar. feeder cattle rose 1.08 cents at $1.4408 a pound; Feb. lean hogs fell .33 cent at .5532 a pound.
