622 AM EST WED FEB 20 2019

The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...

Central Elbert County in northeastern Georgia...

* Until 1115 AM EST.

* At 615 AM EST, Streamgages along Beaverdam Creek were showing

above bankfull conditions due to runoff from last night's heavy

rainfall. It is possible that parts of Horse Farm and Brickyard

Roads will flood, also North Broad Street in Bowman and parts of

Brewers Mill and Horsepen Roads near Dewy Rose may flood. Flood

waters may also cover the Red Minnow Restaurant parking lot.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...

Middleton, Dewy Rose, Bowman and Lake Russell.

landslides flowing over roads or threatening property to the National
