The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a Small
Craft Advisory, which is in effect from 6 PM this evening to
11 AM EST Wednesday.
* WINDS AND SEAS...Wind and or wave conditions will be hazardous
to small craft.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
During a Small Craft Advisory, inexperienced mariners, especially
those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in
hazardous conditions.
