Small Craft Advisory.
* WINDS...Northeast 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt.
* SEAS...8 to 11 feet.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Gale force winds are imminent or occurring. Mariners should alter
plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. Remain in port or seek
safe harbor.

* WINDS AND SEAS...Wind and or wave conditions will be hazardous
