JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Authorities in Florida are investigating a shooting that left three people dead and two people injured.
First Coast News reported that the shooting occurred in a west Jacksonville neighborhood early Saturday morning. A spokesman for the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office told local media that they believed it was a "murder-suicide."
The two victims were in critical condition according to the sheriff's office spokesman.
Before being transported to a local hospital, one of the victims told deputies the name of the suspect who shot her. The sheriff's office said that they believed that the suspect was found dead inside the home.
Authorities did not release any additional details about the suspect or the victims.
