DELTONA, Fla. (AP) - A former Florida Church of Christ pastor is accused of taking unsolicited photos of a parishioner while she was in his office with her children.
Volusia County Sheriff's spokesman Andrew Gant tells The Daytona Beach News-Journal that 31-year-old Brian "Rick" Kenyon Jr. was arrested Thursday afternoon. He's charged with video voyeurism.
The 41-year-old woman reported the incident to the sheriff's office on April 24. She told investigators that it happened on April 8 when she attended a service at the Church of Christ of Deltona.
An arrest report says that when she did, she felt skin against her leg as she put her child in a car seat. She turned and saw Kenyon holding his cellphone.
Gant said Kenyon has been "removed" from the church.
Jail records don't list a lawyer.
