Patchy fog continues to spread across portions of South Florida
early this morning. Visibility may suddenly decrease to one half
mile in many locations, and possibly one quarter mile in localized
areas.
While the fog is generally in the interior areas, some coastal
metro areas, such as West Palm Beach may also be affected.
Drivers should prepare for the possibility of encountering rapid
changes or reductions in visibilities from fog. When driving in
dense fog, reduce your speed, use only your low beam headlights,
and leave plenty of distance between your vehicle and the one in
front of you.
