FDA issues recall for Red Robin brand Onion Rings sold in grocery stores

(WWSB) – A food recall was issued for Red Robin Burgers and Brews Crispy Onion Rings that are sold in grocery stores, like Walmart across the U.S.

The product may contain an undeclared milk allergen. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.

Even if no Red Robin restaruants are in your area, these products are still sold in retail grocery stores and are not served in Red Robin restaurants.

The frozen, 14 ounce bag with the UPC code: 043301611193 with the sell by dates of Oct. 28, 2018 and Oct. 29, 2018.

Consumers who have purchased Red Robin Burgers and Brews Crispy Onion Rings from a grocery retailer are urged to return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
