UNDATED (AP) — In college basketball action tonight, second-ranked Duke plays at Louisville, and number-five Kentucky hosts 19th-ranked LSU. Number-six Michigan is at Penn State.

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) — The Golden State Warriors carry a four-game winning streak into tonight's game at home against the Utah Jazz. In other action, the Los Angeles Lakers complete a six-game road trip against the Hawks in Atlanta. The Philadelphia 76ers, winners of two straight, host the Boston Celtics. Orlando is at New Orleans, and Memphis hosts San Antonio.

NEW YORK (AP) — The NBA says Los Angeles Lakers president Magic Johnson did not break any league tampering rules when he spoke about Philadelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons earlier this week. The NBA's relatively quick-moving investigation was initiated after it was revealed that Simmons wanted to meet with Johnson to talk about the art of being an elite point guard. Johnson complimented Simmons publicly on Sunday.

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — The Buffalo Bills have begun addressing their offensive line needs by signing Spencer Long to a three-year contract. The addition comes a week after the New York Jets cut Long to free up nearly $6.5 million from next season's salary cap. The 28-year-old Long has 44 starts in 53 career games over five seasons.

NEW YORK (AP) — Major League Baseball's 150th anniversary logo features the silhouetted batter created for the 1969 celebration of the first professional baseball team. Players, managers and coaches will wear a patch on their right sleeves of a batter in white prepared to hit a white ball, with a blue background in front of the batter and red behind.
