UNION CITY, Ga. (AP) — Authorities are investigating the drive-by shooting death of a 15-year-old girl in Fulton County.
Union City police tell local media Amira Cameron was shot in the head as she was spending time with friends at an apartment complex parking lot. Authorities believe Cameron was an innocent bystander.
Cameron was a student at Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn.
As of early Monday, police had not released any additional information about the shooting.
