* At 1257 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. A quick 1 to 2 inches is likely to occur with this
heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the
advisory area.

Waynesboro, Butler, Clara, Silas, Gilbertown and Toxey.
