At 725 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Freddie Jones Field, or near Linden, moving northeast at 65 mph.
Dime size hail will be possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include...
Linden, Uniontown, Thomaston, Orrville, Dayton, Freddie Jones Field,
Bogue Chitto, Vaiden, Consul, Central Mills, Miller, Marion Junction,
Magnolia, Perry County Correctional Center, Octagon, Safford, Hazen,
Calvary and Vaiden Field Airport.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
